Use the same email address or phone number you’ve already shared with Newlands Church. This could be the information you gave us on a Connect Card, when checking in your child, or when registering for an event. If you’re unsure, try the contact information you use most often with us.

No, you do not need to create a free Tithely account to access the features of the Newlands App or your personalized dashboard. Everything you need is available directly through the app.

If you recently created a new profile, don’t worry – this is normal! It can take up to 4 hours for your personalized dashboard to fully set up and become available. Once it’s ready, you’ll see all your information and next steps when you log in.

Badges light up based on certain milestones and activity. If your badge isn’t showing:

·      Check the “Badge Information Sheet” to see the specific requirements for each badge.

·      Update your profile under My Information if any of your details are missing.
