The Youth Pastor will develop an effective youth ministry that will lead students into an intimate relationship with God by helping them Know God, Belong to Family, Discover Purpose, and Build the Kingdom. Create a discipleship strategy that includes an impactful group structure to help students grow in a Biblical worldview and Christian maturity. Develop adult leaders who will invest in the spiritual lives of youth.
