We’ve been expecting you at Newlands Church Fulshear! Here are our recommendations for your first visit:

  • “Plan your visit” ahead of time to let us know you’re coming!

  • Arrive 15-20 minutes before service time.

  • When you arrive:

    • say “Hi!” to our team at a “New? Start Here!” table,

    • check your kids into Newlands Kids,

    • grab some coffee,

    • choose a seat in the auditorium and enjoy worship!

  • At Newlands Kids, we believe in building the next generation, because they aren’t just the next generation; they are the now generation. Every Sunday, Newlands Kids is available for birth-5th grade.

    Newlands Kids services are tailor-made to reach your child at their level. Not only will they have fun, in a safe, age-appropriate experience, but they will meet freinds and learn about God.

    To save time at your first Newlands Kids check-in, "Plan Your Visit" and add your children’s names and birth dates in the form.

  • The Fulshear service times will be 9 a.m. and 10:30 am. We can’t wait to see you there!

  • Growth Path
    There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending Growth Path, which will help you get a better understanding of the church and will also help you understand how your God-given gifts can make a difference. Growth Path will occur during each service at our Fulshear Location. Learn more here.

    Newlands Groups
    Newlands Groups are another great way to find your fit and meet people. Groups happen throughout the week in various places around the Fulshear and greater Houston area, and virtually. In Groups, you can meet people with common interests, build your faith, and grow. Learn more here.

  • At Newlands, no church experience is required! Our services are a great place to worship and learn about God for people of any background.

Our Senior Pastor

Pastor Ethan Fisher and his wife, Pastor Elaine, moved to Houston in 2019 to launch Newlands Church with the purpose of helping people develop an intimate relationship with God. They have four children: Adde, Kate, Preston, & Jackson.

Upcoming Fulshear Events

  • Growth Path is a relational two-step journey where you can learn more about the church, become a member, discover your purpose, and join the Build Team.

    When: Sundays at 10:30 am
    Where: In our Growth Path space behind the “Welcome Home” sign in the lobby

    Step 1 will be offered every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month during the 10:30 am service.

    Step 2 will be offered every 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month during the 10:30 am service.

  • Students in 6-12th grades are invited to gather every Wednesday at our Katy Location for Traction! Our semester times are 6:30-8:30 pm. Doors will open with our usual fun activities at 6:30 pm, and our gathering will start right at 7:00 pm.

  • Newlands Youth is celebrating a new school year with another HUGE parking lot party! Get ready for a night full of fun! Join us for fire worship, an incredible message, and snacks post service! We will also be running different tournaments throughout the night!

  • On Sunday, Sept. 7th from 6-7:30 pm, we will have a churchwide Night of Worship and Water Baptisms at our Newlands Katy Location.

    Join the Newlands Worship Team as we set aside time to worship the Lord, draw near to His presence, and celebrate with those who choose to be water baptized. 

    We believe that baptism is an important next step in your relationship with Jesus. When we are baptized, we are acting in obedience to show others we have personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, and we do this to follow His example. 

    When Christians are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection. We believe that water baptism is a public declaration of three important things: you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you are beginning a changed life in Christ, and you are part of a new family.

    If you are ready to be water baptized, we’d love to celebrate with you! We are excited to stand with you as you publicly declare you have made the decision to surrender your life to the Lord!

    Pre-registration is not required for baptism. If you’d like to register in advance, you can do so here.
